According to an ancient belief, the Blessed Virgin Mary was formally Presented to God in the Temple at the age of three by the hands of the high priest. She resided in the Temple apartments and spent her early years in prayer and labour in God’s holy service. This first consecration of Our Lady to God was exceedingly gratifying to Him. The Father saw her as His cherished Daughter; the Son saw her as the One chosen to be His Mother; and the Holy Spirit saw her as His Immaculate Spouse. Let us, under the patronage of our Heavenly Mother, imitate her example by dedicating ourselves to God and persevering in this for the rest of our lives. Here is the portion of the Protoevangelium from which this belief arose:
From “The Apocryphal New Testament”
M.R. James-Translation and Notes
Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1924
IV. 1 And behold an angel of the Lord appeared, saying unto her: Anna, Anna, the Lord hath hearkened unto thy prayer, and thou shalt conceive and bear, and thy seed shall be spoken of in the whole world. And Anna said: As the Lord my God liveth, if I bring forth either male or female, I will bring it for a gift unto the Lord my God, and it shall be ministering unto him all the days of its life.
VII. 1 And unto the child her months were added: and the child became two years old. And Ioacim said: Let us bring her up to the temple of the Lord that we may pay the promise which we promised; lest the Lord require it of us (lit. send unto us), and our gift become unacceptable. And Anna said: Let us wait until the third year, that the child may not long after her father or mother. And Ioacim said: Let us wait.
2 And the child became three years old, and Ioacim said: Call for the daughters of the Hebrews that are undefiled, and let them take every one a lamp, and let them be burning, that the child turn not backward and her heart be taken captive away from the temple of the Lord. And they did so until they were gone up into the temple of the Lord.
And the priest received her and kissed her and blessed her and said: The Lord hath magnified thy name among all generations: in thee in the latter days shall the Lord make manifest his redemption unto the children of Israel. And he made her to sit upon the third step of the altar. And the Lord put grace upon her and she danced with her feet and all tile house of Israel loved her.
VIII. 1 And her parents gat them down marveling, and praising the Lord God because tile child was not turned away backward.
And Mary was in the temple of the Lord as a dove that is nurtured: and she received food from the hand of an angel.

Mary, Mother of Divine Providence
Triduum, Wednesday before the 3rd Sunday of November;
Feast, Saturday before the 3rd Sunday of November
The Blessed Virgin Mary can influence the Divine Providence’s plans for us through her motherly petitions. Her prayer to God is more potent than the prayers of the saints. When Jesus surrendered us to His Mother’s care, He handed her to us as our very own. She demonstrates her maternal love for us by meeting our spiritual and material needs. Let us turn to our Mother of Divine Providence, who understands our plight and is eager to assist us. (Paraphrased Devotions for the Month of November (salvemariaregina.info))

What is the Immaculate Conception?
The Immaculate Conception is a Catholic dogma that asserts Mary, who was conceived normally, was conceived without original sin or its taint. That is what “immaculate” means: without stain.
It’s critical to grasp what the Immaculate Conception doctrine is and isn’t. Some individuals believe the word alludes to Christ’s conception in Mary’s womb without the intervention of a human father; however, this is referred to as the Virgin Birth. Others believe that the Immaculate Conception indicates Mary was conceived “by the power of the Holy Spirit,” as Jesus was, but this is also false.
Original sin is defined by an absence of sanctifying grace, and its stain is a corrupt nature. Mary was protected from these flaws by God’s mercy; she was in the condition of sanctifying grace from the beginning of her existence and was free from the corrupt nature that original sin entails.
An implicit reference to the Immaculate Conception can be found in the angel’s greeting to Mary while discussing the Immaculate Conception. “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you,” declared the angel Gabriel (Luke 1:28). The phrase “full of grace” comes from the Greek word kecharitomene. It therefore expresses a characteristic quality of Mary.
The grace bestowed to Mary is both permanent and one-of-a-kind. Kecharitomene is a perfect passive participle of the verb charitoo, which means “to fill or adorn with grace.” Because this phrase is in the perfect tense, it implies that Mary was graced in the past yet her effects are still felt in the present. As a result, Mary’s grace was not the outcome of the angel’s visit. In fact, Catholics believe it lasted throughout her life, from conception to death. She was in a state of sanctifying grace from the first moment of her existence…..[Paraphrased read on at Immaculate Conception and Assumption | Catholic Answers]
Let us Pray:
O Lord Jesus Christ, Who hast willed that the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, Thy Mother, sinless from the first moment of Her Conception, should be glorified by countless miracles, grant that we, who never cease imploring her patronage, may obtain eternal happiness; Who livest and reignest forever, unto ages of ages. Amen.
